It took a lot of planning to correct the problems with this house. Two additions were required in order to add a first floor master suite, and expand the kitchen creating an incredible butlers pantry.These changes gave this house a great final result.
This house had a number of layout challenges. The solution entailed moving the kitchen and master suite to a completely different area of the house. The newly centralized kitchen makes this layout exceptionally functional, and the master suite/bath ended up being breathtaking.

The "before's" from this house were so bad that no interior pictures were even included in the MLS listing. We needed to take out several walls, and change the layout to correct many of the problems this house presented. The result was an expansive kitchen, great layout, and cape cod style living room which is the focal point of this amazing house.
