Our mission at Creative Restorations is to offer a complete renovation option that is professional, creative, and optimizes the potential of each and every house we deal with.  Sometimes a house may only need a "tweak" like adding a bathroom, removing a wall, or re-configuring a kitchen island. Other times a house may need a complete layout change and "every surface touched" overhaul. Our true satisfaction comes from the before and after results. It's our way of creatively making the world just a little better, by turning a house into a home. At Creative Restorations we combine real estate, architectural, engineering, contractor, interior design, and carpentry services all in one, which will save the average customer thousands. Our creativity and out-of-the-box thinking can turn an awkward house into a modern architectural show piece. Because we combine all the services into one, we can change a layout completely like moving a kitchen to a different area, for the same or less than you'll pay other contractors to simply "put lipstick on a pig". Just painting walls and installing granite does not necessarily improve the home. It takes experience and vision to know WHAT to do so your not wasting money or time, and to insure that the final result is spectacular.
